Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Lisra.Ai platform at app.lisra.ai (the “Service”), provided by Lisra.Ai (8177 Glades Road, Suite 16, Boca Raton, Florida 33434, USA). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Lisra provides AI-assisted customer-operations tools — an AI support agent, CRM, inbox, commerce and related features — configured by you for your business. Features marked Beta are usable but still being refined.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your team’s access, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for your business.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send spam or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to breach security, disrupt the Service, or access data that is not yours.
• Do not use the Service to provide regulated professional advice (legal, medical, financial) as if from a licensed professional.

4. Your content and customer data

You own the knowledge, content and data you put into the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process it to run the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to use any customer data you bring, for your own privacy notices to your customers, and for how you use the Service’s outputs.

5. AI outputs

The AI agent answers from the knowledge and data you configure and can make mistakes. It is a tool to assist your team, not a substitute for professional judgment. Sensitive actions (payments, orders, refunds, bookings, and similar) are handed to a human unless you explicitly enable an automated flow with its safeguards. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

6. Fees

Some plans and features may be paid. Pricing and billing terms will be presented before you subscribe. Beta or free use may change with notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or others. On termination we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Lisra is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
